* Before You Do Anything:
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETE BEFORE YOU BEGIN INSTALLING/CREATING A
FPOFL FILELIST.
* Requirements:
CNET BBS v3.05c+ (c) Perspective Software.
MBLISTER V2.2 (c) by Jens 'McBoe' Boenisch. or,
TUCFGII 2.5b (Registered version) (c) by Shawn McNeece.
& AREXX :^)
* Introduction:
FPOFL is a frontend for TUCFGII or MBLister. It works in a way, similar to
CNET'S own Yanktask. It has the ability to create the Filelist in the
BACKGROUND, leaving the user to do other things while the list is being
generated! The user can also log off the board, and call back later!!
ALL BBS data like: System name, compression method, yank path, yank date
etc. is TAKEN DIRECTLY from CNet!!! No need for extra configs!!
Has 'Visual Editor' config program, Command line arguments and several
Sysop features!!
* Installation:
1) Makedir pfiles:FPOFL
2) Copy the FPOFL.rexx and FPOFL2.rexx to the pfiles:FPOFL/ directory.
3) Insert the following line in your BBSMENU, at the end of the
'2; Available everywhere':
FL | #0PFiles:FPOFL/FPOFL.Rexx}
Save it, and reload CNET's Text/Menus.
4) Add the following to your CONFIG/EVENTS:
RunARexx pfiles:FPOFL/FPOFL2.rexx M
Set it to run on each day AFTER 24:00 similar to this example:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
At the 'Filelister program:' prompt, you enter the name/path of the Filelist
program, that you want to use.
If you want a header/footer on the filelist, then fill in the name/path of
your Header/Footer file(s) in the 'Filelist Header:' 'Filelist Footer:'
input fields.
Then select the type of Filelister user. Make sure you use the same as you
specified in the 'Filelister program:' input field. The rest should speak
for itself!!
NOTE: The value of the 'Include Direct/CDRom :' option is not available
in MBlister, so if you have selected MBlister, then this option will
be ignored.
Now select the EXIT button, and save the config.
To make a quick test of the setup, type '?' at the prompt. you should then
se a version list of the various program parts. If this looks OK, then you
are ready to create your first filelist!!
* Known Bugs:
When using MBLister, then the '[U] List of files that YOU have uploaded.'
option generates a top list of ALL areas a user has access to, including
PRIVATE and UNVALIDATED FILES!!! - MBLister 2nd bug: When using fileflag '0'
in the UDBASE, makes MBLister create a list of ALL areas, WITHOUT checking
the access level! SO DO NOT USE FILEFLAG '0' IF YOU ARE USING MBLISTER!!!
Also DO NOT USE FILEFLAG '31' as ARexx can't handle 32bit numbers, so if an
area has the '31' flag set, the value parsed to the filelister, will be
wrong! (It should be possible to manipulate 32bit numbers by using the AREXX
command NUMERIC DIGITS 10, but it DOESN'T!!!
* History:
11 Sep 94 Fixed a bug in the maint module, reported by Spitfire. Also cleaned
up some bad color codes, and added an extra info to the logfile.
Now FPOFL also shows the time it took for the user to make the
Filelist! (Suggested by mUb!)
09 Jul 94 First Release Version!
